History of Krizmanich Appraisals LLC

Betsy Krizmanich started appraising in the Roaring Fork Valley for James J. Mollica & Associates, Inc. in 1985. In 1989 the company was renamed The Aspen Appraisal Group, Ltd. In 2010 Betsy Krizmanich became an equity partner with Randy Gold forming a new partnership, The Aspen Appraisal Group, LLC. In January 2025 Betsy Krizmanich left the partnership, forming a new company, Krizmanich Appraisals LLC. She works under her new company and also continues to do work with The Aspen Appraisal Group, LLC.
